Questions about AI chatbot builds

How do you train the chatbot on our content?

We ingest your documents - help articles, PDFs, web pages, internal wikis - and use RAG so the bot retrieves the most relevant content before answering. It answers from your material, not from general training data.

What if the chatbot gives a wrong answer?

We include source citation by default so users can see where the answer came from. We also configure a confidence threshold - below which the bot says it is not sure and connects to a human. One round of revisions is included to tune this after real use.

Can it hand off to a human agent?

Yes, and we design the handoff logic during scoping. This can mean creating a support ticket, sending an alert to Slack, opening a live chat, or routing to a human in your CRM - whichever fits your support process.

Where can the chatbot be deployed?

Your website via embed script, inside your Appaca app, in a Slack workspace, or via API to connect with your existing support platform. We confirm the deployment channel during scoping.

Can we update the knowledge base after delivery?

Yes. We set up the ingestion pipeline so you can add, update, or remove documents. We walk you through exactly how to do this during handoff so you are never dependent on us for content updates.

Does the chatbot support multiple languages?

Modern LLMs handle multilingual input well by default. If you need a specific non-English language or language-switching logic built in, we scope that requirement on the call.
