Which tools can you integrate with?

Anything with an API or webhook - Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Linear, Stripe, and hundreds more. If it has an API, we can connect to it. We confirm all the tools on the scoping call.

Does the integration need admin access to our systems?

It depends on what the integration reads and writes. We go through permissions required during the scoping call - we always request the minimum access needed and document exactly what we use and why.

How long does it take to build an AI integration?

Most integrations are delivered within 5 business days from scoping sign-off. Integrations involving multiple tools with complex authentication or unusual APIs may take a little longer - we give you a clear timeline before starting.

What if the third-party API changes after delivery?

We build to the current stable API version. If a vendor updates their API after delivery, adjustments can be scoped as a new Concierge session. Significant breaking changes are relatively rare for mature APIs.

Can we modify the integration ourselves after delivery?

Yes. We hand over clean, documented code. If you have developers, they can modify it directly. If not, a new Concierge session can handle any changes you need.

What if we want AI added to multiple steps in our workflow?

We can scope a multi-step integration on the call. Depending on complexity, this may be delivered as one project or broken into sequential sessions - we will give you a clear recommendation during scoping.
