Where is our data hosted? Can we get dedicated hosting?

Enterprise workspaces can run on dedicated hosting under your own domain, isolated from shared infrastructure. We'll work through hosting requirements, including region preferences, during the scoping call.

How does enterprise billing work?

Enterprise plans are billed annually under a custom agreement, with usage limits sized to your organization. We support invoicing and standard procurement processes.

What does the security review process involve?

We work directly with your security team: completing questionnaires, reviewing our practices and data handling, and configuring SSO and access controls before rollout.

How long does a typical rollout take?

Most organizations run a pilot with one team within the first couple of weeks, then expand department by department. A full rollout typically lands within one to two months, with your success manager driving each stage.

Can you sign our DPA or custom agreement?

Yes. Custom agreements, DPAs, and SLAs are part of every enterprise plan. Our team will review your paperwork with you during procurement.
