When you create an account on Appaca through our authentication provider, Supabase, we collect and store the information you provide, including:

Your full name as provided during sign-up.

Used for authentication and transactional communications.

We also use your email address to send transactional communications such as notifications, sign-up confirmations, and Service updates.

Usage Data and Tracking

To help us improve our website and Service, we collect non-personal usage data through the following tracking technologies:

Google Analytics

Site traffic and behaviour analysis.

PostHog

Product analytics and user session insights.

Meta Pixel

Advertising performance and audience insights.

We also use cookies for essential functions such as storing authentication tokens to keep you signed in.

Third-Party Providers

Stripe

Payment processing. Credit card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by Appaca.

Important

We do not send your personal data to AI providers. For applications built on Appaca by our customers, those customers are solely responsible for managing and transmitting any data to the AI providers they integrate.
