Share links let other people access an Appaca app under controls you choose. Sharing is available on paid plans.
Sharing controls
A link can be configured around three independent questions:
- Require workspace membership adds anyone who opens the link to the workspace as a member.
- Allow usage lets anyone with the link use the app.
- Allow cloning lets anyone with the link clone the app.
- Passcode adds a passcode when usage is allowed without required membership.
Do not treat a passcode as a substitute for workspace membership when the content should remain limited to approved members. Do not enable cloning when recipients only need to use the workflow.

Open Share
Choose the share icon in the app header. -
Enable sharing
Turn on Enable sharing, then copy the Share link.

Choose access requirements
Set Require workspace membership as needed.

Choose use and clone permissions
Set Allow usage and Allow cloning. Add a Passcode if needed.

Test as a recipient
Open the link outside your owner or admin session and verify every required gate and allowed action.
Remix behavior
Remix creates an independent copy from an app with Allow cloning enabled. Changes do not sync between the two apps. The recipient needs a workspace to create the copy.
