Appaca AI agent is your personal assistant in your workspace. You can chat with it to get answers, build apps, create AI coworkers, and more.

Work effectively in a chat

  1. State the outcome

    Say what you need, who it is for, and the format you expect.

  2. Provide the relevant context

    Name the table, source, or connector when it could be ambiguous. Attach only the files needed and explain how to use them.

  3. Check the result

    For corrections, describe what you observed and what you expected. Break a large change into smaller results you can verify.

  4. Start a new chat when the goal changes

    Keep one objective in each chat so its context stays relevant.

Web search and scripts

Appaca AI agent can search the public web and run scripts. Verify important web claims and keep confidential information out of web-search requests.
