Settings

Edit workspace details, review usage, and manage your profile.

Open Settings from the account menu. Workspace pages cover workspace details, members, billing, usage, Connectors, and connected agents. Account pages cover your profile.

Workspace details

The workspace page contains:

  • Avatar, used in the workspace switcher
  • Name, up to 100 characters.
  • Description, up to 2,000 characters and shared with AI as context
  • Workspace ID, which is read-only

Owners and admins can edit these fields and choose Save. Members can view the page but cannot change it.

The description is AI context

Appaca includes the description as background context in AI conversations across the workspace.

Write what your business does and define any important terms:

B2B logistics company in Melbourne. We coordinate interstate freight for around 40 retail clients. “Consignment” means one shipment against one client account; “leg” means one carrier’s portion of it. Prices are AUD excluding GST.

Include important business terms, regions, units, and constraints.

Your profile

The account profile page lets you change your avatar, first name, and last name. Your email address is shown but cannot be edited.

Appearance

Open Appearance in the account menu to choose Light, Dark, or System.

Usage

The Usage page shows current allowances for AI Credits, Storage, Database Records, Apps, Coworkers, Members, and Scheduler Runs. It is visible to everyone in the workspace.

Deleting a workspace

Deletion sits at the bottom of the workspace details page and is available to the owner only.

  1. Confirm you have another workspace

You cannot delete your last workspace. The owner must own at least one other, so create one first if you genuinely want this one gone.

  2. Export anything you need

Download the files and copy the records you need before continuing.

  3. Confirm the deletion

Choose Delete workspace and confirm. You are moved to another workspace you own.

If you are leaving the workspace, transfer ownership from Members instead.
