Overview

Connect external services to your workspace, then choose which people, apps, and coworkers can use them.

Connectors give Appaca access to external services such as Google Drive, Slack, and Airtable. Connectors are available on paid plans.

Workspace owners and admins manage them from SettingsConnectors. Each connector’s Access setting controls which workspace members can use it.

Supported services are Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack (Bot), Slack (User), and Airtable. You can also add MCP servers for other systems.

Connect and assign a connector

  1. Open connector settings

Go to SettingsConnectors and select a service.

  2. Set Access

Choose Everyone in this workspace or select individual members.

  3. Connect the service

Select Connect and complete the provider’s authorization. Airtable uses a personal access token instead.

  4. Assign the connector

Open an app or coworker’s Settings, select Connectors, enable the connector, and select Save.

Connecting a service to the workspace does not automatically assign it to an app or coworker.
