Schedulers and Pulses use the same schedule builder. Choose a preset or set the minute, hour, day, month, and weekday fields, then check the description and Next run preview.
Build a schedule
-
Start with a preset
Choose a preset such as Every 15 min, Hourly, Daily noon, Weekly (Mon), or Monthly (1st) when it matches your need.
-
Adjust the fields if needed
Use the Minute, Hour, Day, Month, and Weekday lists for a more specific schedule.
-
Check the preview
Read the schedule description and Next run time before creating or updating the schedule.
-
Enable and monitor it
Leave Enabled on to start the schedule. Check its first runs and pause it if the outcome differs from your test.
The shortest available interval is one minute. Use the longest interval that still meets the need to conserve Scheduler Runs and reduce overlapping work.
Timezones
Schedulers use UTC. Convert local business hours to UTC and check the preview. A local time can shift by an hour when daylight saving changes.
Pulses use your browser’s timezone when you create or update them. There is no timezone picker. Confirm your device timezone before saving a Pulse for another region.
Plan availability
Schedulers and Pulses require a paid plan. Both use the workspace’s Scheduler Runs allowance. Check Settings → Usage for your current usage and limit.
