What the calculator does and does not do
Every competitor figure is that vendor's own published list price, checked on 28 August 2026. Nothing here is modelled or estimated, and nothing is a quote. List prices change, discounts exist, and annual versus monthly billing moves the number — so confirm the current price on the vendor's own pricing page before you make a decision:
The calculator compares licence cost only. It does not price the engineer's time to build in Retool, the Airtable base underneath a Softr portal, or the AI credit usage on an Appaca plan. It answers one narrow question: what does giving this many people access cost per year, and does that number stop growing when you move off per-seat pricing.
